Client Service Costs -

Structuring services are billed as a fixed dollar amount based upon the amount of services provided to client.

Financial services are billed based upon a success fee of 2-10% of the amount raised or administered depending on amount and circumstances. A minimum fee charge applies for analysis and set-up for services performed.

All other services are billed on a fee basis for work performed and a percentage bonus paid based upon savings or increased value brought by our services.

On occasion, Royal Union will take an ownership position to align our services with the developer's bottom line to maximize profits.

Case Study: A small developer had grown into a fairly sizable regional company without much change in its structure. Case Study #2: One developer was experiencing severe cash flow problems on his project due to an investment partner with financial problems. Royal Union assisted the developer in the buyout of the investment partner, saving the project over $2 million USD, as well as incorporated a strategy to increase the developer's cash flow to successfully finish the $30 million USD project.
